Before taking FYE, I had many expectations from what I’d heard other students experiences were like. Then, I personally took the course. Over the next couple of paragraphs I will reveal in full detail how my personal experience has developed over this semester. But first, I would like to review the student learning outcomes for this course. The themes are as follows: Develop and apply information literacy skills in academic and non-academic contexts, Engage with your degree program, campus resources, and community, and Engage with your degree program, campus resources, and community.
